Personal Adjustment is our primary collection procedure – and it’s called Personal because each case is pursued with a personal commitment unmatched anywhere. We make initial contact within 24 hours and then follow up with a thorough investigation of every debtor’s finances. Regular progress reports keep you informed of every step we take, and where the case specifics merit, we won’t hesitate to confront your debtor in person. We maintain our own staff of highly experienced field adjusters in key strategic locations, ready to seek out and demand the money that is owed to your company.
Our fees for Direct Service and Personal Adjustment are completely contingent. That means if you don’t get paid, we don’t get paid – so you know your every claim will command our fullest attention.
